Our Code of Business Conduct and Ethics is a key resource in our

of business conduct are complex. The Code explains in a practical,
easy-to-understand way many of the basic rules that apply to our
business. It also explains our personal responsibilities, as a part
of Micron, to speak up if we see something that does not seem right.
