Process
Micron Ventures is interested in early-stage
companies with the potential for high growth, ability to impact
a market, sound business fundamentals, and a strong intellectual
property position. If you believe that your company matches
these investment criteria, we would be interested in reviewing
your business plan. In your submission, please include the
information detailed on the
Business
Plan page. You should anticipate a two-three week turnaround
time from the date of your submission until we are able to
provide feedback.
We may request additional information during the process
to assist with our internal review. Please note that any documents
marked as confidential or proprietary will not be read, and
will be either returned or destroyed at Micron’s sole
discretion.

OTHER INFORMATION OR MATERIALS SUBMITTED TO MICRON (“MATERIALS”),
EXCEPT AND TO THE EXTENT THAT SUCH MATERIALS ARE EXPRESSLY
COVERED UNDER A FORMAL WRITTEN CONFIDENTIALITY AGREEMENT ENTERED
INTO BETWEEN MICRON AND YOUR COMPANY. SUBMISSON OF SUCH MATERIALS
TO MICRON DOES NOT CREATE ANY BUSINESS OR OTHER RELATIONSHIP
WITH MICRON, AND MICRON SHALL HAVE NO OBLIGATION OR RESPONSIBILITY
WHATSOEVER TO ENTER INTO ANY SUCH RELATIONSHIP, EXCEPT AND
TO THE EXTENT EXPRESSLY SET FORTH WITHIN A FORMAL WRITTEN
AGREEMENT ENTERED INTO BETWEEN MICRON AND YOUR COMPANY. Micron
shall have the right to make copies of, disseminate, and use
the materials and copies for any purpose without obligation
or liability, and shall have the right to retain all such
materials without any obligation or responsibility whatsoever
to return or destroy any such materials.
By submitting such materials to Micron, you and/or your
company are representing and warranting that you and/or your
company have the full right, power and authority to submit
such materials to Micron for its use, and you and your company
are acknowledging and agreeing that submitting the materials
shall be on the conditions provided for herein. If, after
its review of the materials, Micron determines that it wishes
to further pursue discussions with your company concerning
a potential transaction, then Micron may require your company
to enter into a formal written confidentiality agreement with
Micron.
Micron may review, evaluate and use materials submitted from
several different entities or sources, including those offering
products or services or having technology the same as or similar
to that of you and/or your company, and Micron has, and shall
have, the right to do so without any obligation or liability
to you and/or your company. Micron is free to use, offer,
market, develop and/or acquire any products, services and/or
technology, including those which may be competitive with
those of you and/or your company.
