Micron’s Aspen Memory family features the industry’s first low-voltage DDR2 DRAM in reduced chip count memory modules. These new products, the first in the Aspen Memory family, are specifically designed to lower data center power consumption. Micron will continue to grow its Aspen Memory family, which impact a variety of applications where power is an issue including data center servers, laptops and mobile phones.
