Micron Technology, Inc. (“Micron”), grants permission to the public to reproduce and publish complete photographs or graphics ("Images") from
this section of Micron's Web site, subject to the following restrictions:

1. Images may not be used to promote any product or service other than Micron's products or services;
2. Images may not be modified other than resizing;
3. Images may not be used in any manner which disparages Micron or Micron's products;
4. Permission to use the Images may be canceled by Micron at any time, and you agree that upon receipt of notice from Micron of such
   cancellation that you shall immediately cease all use of the Images;
5. Credit shall be given to Micron for use of the Images.
